Our Head of Customer Services Raises over £1000 for Charity

Congratulations Adam!

A huge congratulations to Adam Woolls, our Head of Customer Services who ran 100km throughout September in his lunch breaks to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity.

Using the Strava App, Adam tracked his runs this month and created a Just Giving page.

At the Three-Week mark, Adam had already surpassed his goal for both distance and donations.

We asked Adam how he felt after this accomplishment and he said the following:

“I am proud to have raised such a fantastic amount for such a worthy cause.

I chose Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity for my fundraiser because I am a parent.

I am fortunate to have a healthy child, and it’s devastating to know that there are hundreds of families out there who unfortunately do not share this good fortune. I wanted to help these families in any way I could”

What is Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity?

Great Ormond Street Hospital is a dedicated hospital offering pioneering treatment to seriously ill children and young people from across the UK. This extraordinary hospital sees around 750 patients per day and offers pioneering treatments.

To assist with Adam’s incredible fundraising work, we ran games throughout the day at the Springpack Summer Shindig. Points scored in each game equated to pounds donated by Springpack, and everybody got involved to equate to a donation of over £600!

Everybody at Springpack is incredibly proud of Adam for his incredible achievement.
