Competition Terms and Conditions

Entrants into Prize Draws, Give aways and Competitions shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Competitions, Giveaways and Prize Draws are open to people aged 18 and follow the instructions on the post. 

2. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

4. The closing date of the Prize Draw is decided by Springpack, and will accompany the post advertising the draw. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

5. The winner will receive the prize, as stated in the post.  If the prize is not available, a suitable alternative will be offered. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash, vouchers or other prizes.

6. The winner(s) will be notified within 4 weeks of the end of the draw. 

7. Springpack reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.

8. Each Giveaway/Prize Draw/Competition will have it’s own instructions and rules. Entrants who do not follow these will be disqualified. Winners will be chosen at random unless specified on the individual draw. Entry into the draw does not guarantee winning.
