Who are HTS?
HTS Spares is a family company that can trace it roots back to the 1960’s, however it has been under its current ownership since 1989. What started out as an agricultural tractor dealership in the Surrey Hills has now become the leading supply partner of construction plant spares in the UK.

The Challenge
We moved our operations from Surrey in 2007 and needed to find a good, reliable packaging supplier. We tried various options, but Springpack came out on top with a good, friendly, helpful service and were always ready to go the extra mile to provide what we needed.
The Solution
The biggest challenge we had was printed boxes that before using Springpack, we had to buy in such large bulk. Springpack helped us by holding stock for us where we could call off in smaller quantities, which saved on a lot of warehouse space. Designing bespoke products with Springpack is very easy. Their reps and staff are very knowledgeable and have always got plenty of ideas. They come up with various ideas and options, so you don’t have to do the thinking.
The Results
Our efficiency has been improved by Springpacks daily delivery service that never fails.
It means we can run very lean on what we’ve got in stock of our packaging. The biggest time saver is having the packaging delivered on time when we need it, so we’re not having to chase or be constantly running out.
