Started in 2003 by caravanning couple Lee & Hayley Kelsall, who were on a mission to find the perfect Caravan Awning.

The Challenge:
Before we switched to Springpack, we had trouble with our existing supplier for our Air Cushions. Our Air Cushion machine broke down, and our supplier was not working with us to resolve it efficiently.

We contacted Springpack, and within 2 days our Account Manager, Amos and a machinery technician came and installed our Mistral 4 Machine. They even left us with a roll of Blue Ocean Film to get us by until our delivery!
